How much does a taxi cost from Prague Airport to the city center?
The price from Václav Havel Airport to the city center starts at CZK 690 for a sedan for up to 4 people. Depending on the vehicle category, it can be up to 14 people.
Is the price on the booking form already final?
You always know the price of the transport before making a reservation and the price is final. You will not be charged any other fees. The price does not include any changes that you agree directly with the driver (e.g. change of route or additional stops).
How to order a car with a car seat?
In step 3 of the reservation, in additional services (in our Extra Services application), you will select the type of car seat that suits you. Egg 0 – 1 year, Medium seat 1 – 4 years and Booster seat 4 – 12 years. Then you need to select the number of child car seats in the Car item. This is how you submit the reservation and the driver will have the correct car seat ready for you upon arrival. More information about car seats: here
I have sent a reservation, is it valid immediately?
The reservation you submit is in processing status and has not yet been confirmed. Our dispatcher will check the reservation and then confirm it to you by email. At this point, your car is reserved.
I'm late, will the driver wait for me?
Each of our drivers tracks the actual landing time of your flight. Simply provide your flight number in your order and we will take care of the rest. This way, the driver will have accurate information about your arrival and will be waiting for you on time. Please let us know if you do not board the plane in the end.
How does airport pick-up work?
After landing, please turn on your mobile phone, our driver will contact you.
Once you have collected your luggage, you will let him know. The driver will immediately arrive at the terminal and will be waiting for you with a sign with your name. Meeting points here
I need to cancel my reservation, is that possible?
Yes, it is possible and free of charge if you cancel the reservation in time 2 hours in advance. For Mercedes E and V vehicles or trips starting 50 km from Prague at least 12 hours in advance. By phone or after logging in to the administration. here

Business Welcome package
We offer two types of pickup: Standard pickup or the Business Welcome service.
The Business Welcome service is ideal for travelers and corporate clients who want maximum comfort after arrival without the need to contact the driver.
Once your plane lands, our driver will automatically arrive at the terminal – approximately after 15 minutes at Terminal 2 and after 30 minutes at Terminal 1 – and will be waiting for you directly in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
