Yes, our service only works based on prior reservation.

The price from Václav Havel Airport to the city center starts at CZK 690 for a sedan for up to 4 people. Depending on the vehicle category, it can be up to 14 people.

The price is always stated for the entire vehicle (Sedan – max. 4 people, Minibus – max. 7 people), not per person.

You always know the price of the transport before making a reservation and the price is final. You will not be charged any other fees. The price does not include any changes that you agree directly with the driver (e.g. change of route or additional stops).

Creating an account is the key to your maximum comfort and complete control over your travel. Thanks to it, you will gain access to the client zone.

You can modify, pay or cancel your reservation online at any time, without waiting in line or writing emails. Once we assign you a driver, you will immediately find his phone number in your administration.

Important: Always log in first before creating a new reservation. The system will pre-fill your details for you, saving you time and ensuring that all your trips are clearly paired under one account.

In step 3 of the reservation, in additional services (in our Extra Services application), you will select the type of car seat that suits you. Egg 0 – 1 year, Medium seat 1 – 4 years and Booster seat 4 – 12 years. Then you need to select the number of child car seats in the Car item. It is a number that usually consists of 2 to 3 letters and 4 numbers. For example: OK 0123 or EZY 0123. Your flight number is NOT your ticket reservation number!

If you are booking a ride for someone else, please provide the passenger’s name and phone number as your main contact information. You can then include your name and phone number in the order notes.

Payment can be made in cash in Czech crowns or euros, by credit card in the car, by credit card in advance online, via PayPal or based on an advance invoice (prepayment).

The reservation you submit is in processing status and has not yet been confirmed. Our dispatcher will check the reservation and then confirm it to you by email. At this point, your car is reserved.

Yes, it is possible to change your reservation. Simply log in to your account and edit your reservation. When you change the vehicle, the price for the transport will automatically be adjusted. If you have already paid for the ride, you will need to pay the resulting price difference. here

After submitting your order, we will send you a confirmation email and you will receive a transportation reminder 12 hours before the ride.

After landing, please turn on your mobile phone, our driver will contact you. After collecting your luggage, please contact the driver. He will immediately arrive at the appropriate terminal and will be waiting for you with a sign with your name. Meeting points here

Standard pickup: the driver follows your flight, the driver contacts you after landing and arrives at the terminal only when you confirm that you have your luggage and are ready. Each of our drivers tracks the actual landing time of your flight. Simply provide your flight number in your order and we will take care of the rest. This way, the driver will have accurate information about your arrival and will be waiting for you on time. Please let us know if you do not board the plane in the end.

No, you don’t pay anything for a flight delay with us. We track your flight in real time, so we know exactly when you will land on the runway. The driver will only arrive according to the current arrival time. Even if the plane is delayed by several hours, the price remains the same and your driver will reliably wait for you in the hall.

Yes, it is possible and free of charge if you cancel the reservation in time 2 hours in advance. For Mercedes E and V vehicles or trips starting 50 km from Prague at least 12 hours in advance. By phone or after logging in to the administration. here
