How to find your driver at

Arriving at the airport can be stressful, so we have prepared a simple guide to help you connect with our driver as quickly as possible after landing.
We track your flight online
No need to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives earlier. We monitor your flight in real time based on the flight number provided in your booking. The driver’s arrival time is automatically adjusted to the current situation, so your car will be ready exactly when you need it, without any waiting charges.
Turn on your phone and open WhatsApp after landing
Please turn on your mobile phone immediately after landing. Our driver will contact you primarily via WhatsApp. This allows us to send real-time instructions. If you don’t have WhatsApp, the driver will send you a standard SMS.
Got your luggage? Message the driver
Once you have collected all your luggage and are ready to leave the customs area, send the driver a message on WhatsApp confirming you have your luggage. At that moment, the driver will leave the parking area and head directly to the terminal meeting point. This ensures you meet the driver exactly when you enter the arrivals hall.
Meeting points (Meet & Greet)
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name.
- Terminal 1 (Non-Schengen flights): In front of Mattoni Bar.
- Terminal 2 (Schengen flights): In front of the Visitor Centre.
Business Welcome
If you selected the Business Welcome package during booking, the following premium conditions apply to your pickup.
- No need to contact the driver: You don’t need to message anyone – your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a visible name sign or company name.
- 40-minute waiting guarantee: We understand that passport control or baggage claim may take time. The driver will wait for you free of charge for up to 40 minutes after actual landing.

- Airport Wi-Fi: If you don’t have mobile data, use the free network “Prague Airport Free Wi-Fi”.
